Sports chiropractic in Madison
Rebound is a small sports chiropractic practice on Madison's east side. We look at how you move, choose a load you can handle and plan your return with you. No one can promise a result, and we don't.

The plan
How we plan a return to your run or your lifts. Your doctor sets the pace with you.
We ask about your training week and what changed, then watch you move: a short jog on the spot, a squat, a hinge, an overhead reach.
Your doctor picks work you can handle today, with hands-on care where it fits, and adds more only when you are ready.
You step back toward your usual run or lift in stages you agree on. You can slow down or stop at any point.
No one can say how long each step takes. Your doctor decides with you, and tells you when to see a physician first.
Who we see
Most of our patients run the lake paths before work or lift in a garage or a gym after it.
Visits start early and some run after work. Come in what you train in, and bring the shoes you run in.
Open from 6:30 a.m. on weekdays
A first visit of about 45 minutes

The questions people ask first.
The first visit takes about 45 minutes. You talk with your doctor about your training week and what changed, then you are checked and watched as you move. Your doctor explains what was found, what is suggested, the risks and the cost, and you decide what happens that day.
Some people feel sore for a day or two. Serious problems are rare. Your doctor explains the risks before any hands-on care, answers your questions and will tell you when to see a physician first. You can stop at any point.
Most people feel pressure or a stretch, not sharp pain. Some feel sore afterward, like after a hard workout. Tell your doctor if anything is uncomfortable and it changes or stops.
We bill some plans and not others. Call with your plan's name and we tell you before your first visit. A plan may not pay for every visit. How fees work explains the rest.
Most visits don't use them. Your doctor orders an x-ray only when it is medically necessary and explains why first.
Tell us how to reach you and when. We reply in open hours, and early slots go first.
